In this case, the main contractor realised that the employment of our expertise to carry out the excavation and concreting of traditional foundations to a warehouse unit would enable them to reduce the risk inherent in employing a larger Contractor to execute these works. These were executed on their behalf whilst they were in negotiations with the follow-on trades who would be employed to construct the shell and fit out of the warehouse itself.
